2013 Newsletter - Our 10th Annual

July 26th & 27th, 2013 marks our 10th Anniversary - WOW!

Since its inaugural year, the Coleman Station Bluegrass Festival has presented the very best in bluegrass music to Western Pennsylvania. Drawing attendees from all over the Eastern US and beyond, thousands of people have enjoyed acoustic & bluegrass music in the idyllic setting of our picturesque, wooded festival grounds located high atop the Allegheny mountains. Over the years the CSBF has featured many nationally (and internationally) known artists including The Boxcars, Audie Blaylock & Redline, The Lost & Found, Nothin’ Fancy, Darrell Webb, Pine Mountain Railroad, David Parmley & Continental Divide, and Cliff Waldron (just to name a few) and our lineups are always rounded out with the best in local/regional bluegrass & acoustic music performers. The CSBF also devotes a portion of it’s stage time to the up & coming, young performers of tomorrow and it has proved to be a popular performance slot. In addition to the main stage entertainment, camping and parking lot pickin’ allows festival goers an opportunity to relax and enjoy the entire weekend and participate in impromptu jam sessions, sometimes going until the wee hours of night. Always held the fourth weekend in July, the 2013 dates are the 26th & 27th.

Here at the Coleman Station Bluegrass Festival we work hard to keep our festival affordable for you and your entire family.
Single day and weekend tickets are priced to provide exceptional value for your entertainment dollar.
We realize the importance of "family friendly" so to help you save money,
advance weekend tickets purchased before July 15th are just $25.00 per person.
Children 12 and under admitted FREE with a paid adult.
Show is held rain or shine - NO REFUNDS.

CSBF Quick Facts

Somerset County offers a unique combination of highway accessibility and an attractive, safe setting that draws families.
The venue is easily accessible with excellent access to major interstates and the PA Turnpike. (exit 110)
The Main Stage area alone covers approximately 4.5 wooded acres.
Five acres of FREE on-site parking will accommodate over 500 cars. Additional parking is located close by. Handicapped parking available near the concert area.  Shuttle carts available on request.
Our large camping area can accommodate over 200 RV or tent sites. (weekend ticket required)
No hook-ups. Rough camping only. Porta-pots are located on the festival grounds.
Pets permitted on leash.
No smoking, alcohol or pets inside specified concert seating area.
Bring lawn chairs.
Concessions available throughout the weekend.
FREE Wi-Fi Internet service is available throughout the festival grounds.
National chain hotels are located within a few short miles of the festival site.
